The Commissioner Kallas has announced a new legal interpretation of the weights and dimensions directive 96/93
A new legal interpretation in Brussels now permits the cross border use of LHVs between consenting Member States. This has been recently reported by the FTA on Monday 26 March 2012. This should facilitate greater use of the concept across coridors that permit LHVs.
